About Stefanie Junghans
Hello, I’m Stefanie Junghans – a Munich resident, expert in modern leadership and Co-Leadership, certified organizational developer, and leadership coach.
With my many years of experience as a leader and Co-Leader in international companies – including SAP and a sustainable investor – I have experienced the benefits and challenges of modern work models firsthand. I am convinced that innovative leadership approaches like Co-Leadership not only enable a better balance between professional and personal goals but also help organizations become more resilient, agile, and future-proof.
Since 2019, through Junghans Consulting, I have been supporting companies and leaders design and sustainably implement modern leadership models and innovative work structures. In 2023, together with Janina Schönitz, I compiled my expertise in the book "Co-Leadership: Job Sharing as the Answer to a Changing World of Work" (Vahlen Verlag) to inspire even more organizations to embrace this approach.

Founded by Stefanie Junghans, Junghans Consulting represents a new approach to leadership and organizational development. Our focus is on supporting medium-sized companies and leaders in a rapidly changing work environment. We specialize in innovative leadership approaches like Co-Leadership, which not only address challenges such as succession planning, executive burnout, and talent acquisition but also lay the foundation for a strong company culture and long-term economic success.
Our team consists of a network of experienced coaches and consultants, many of whom have worked in modern leadership models or bring solid practical experience as team developers and transformation facilitators. Dr. Martin Winkler holds a doctorate in psychology and is an expert in agile and emergent organizational development. He supports teams in fostering initiative and collaboration, particularly during transformation processes. His extensive experience includes advising management teams, digitalizing HR processes, and developing company values and feedback systems.
His goal: Empowering people to act confidently and future-oriented in challenging contexts – true to the motto: "Suffering is not fate.".

Johanna Fink is a business graduate, a systemic organizational consultant, coach, and certified work-life balance manager (IHK). As a successful part-time leader in the IT sector, she has gained many years of positive experience – both solo and in a tandem leadership model. Through her work, she advocates for more diversity and social sustainability in the workplace.
As a LinkedIn Top Voice, she regularly writes about the topic on the platform and hosts the podcast TEILZEIT.TALENTE, where she speaks with part-time leaders, experts, and companies about careers in part-time. Under the brand of the same name, she supports organizations turn part-time leadership into a successful model.
