About Stefanie Junghans

I’m Stefanie Junghans – a Munich-based consultant specialising in Co-Leadership and leadership in transformation.

I spent many years in leadership roles in international organisations, experiencing transformation from different perspectives and not only advising on Co-Leadership, but practising it myself. What I learned is this: once leadership is shared, you quickly get to the bigger questions underneath. Who holds which responsibilities? Where are decisions made? And does the leadership structure still fit what the organisation needs to achieve today?

That is where I come in.

Since 2019, I have been working with executive teams, leaders and leadership teams through Junghans Consulting – particularly when business areas are being brought together, succession is on the agenda, leadership needs to be reorganised or existing structures are reaching their limits.

In 2023, I co-authored “Co-Leadership: Jobsharing als Antwort auf eine veränderte Arbeitswelt”, published by Vahlen.

About Junghans Consulting

Junghans Consulting helps organisations structure leadership in a way that supports transformation.

We work with companies and leadership teams at times when structures are shifting: during succession, when business areas are being integrated, through periods of growth, when leadership roles become overloaded, or when new demands no longer fit existing leadership structures.

One of our key levers is Co-Leadership – not as a model for its own sake, but as a strategic leadership approach. Because once responsibility is shared, structural questions become visible: roles, decision-making, interfaces, governance and collaboration.

And that is why introducing Co-Leadership often becomes about much more than filling a leadership role. It becomes a starting point for creating a more sustainable leadership and organisational structure.

For larger engagements, I work with a network of experienced consultants and coaches who bring their own leadership experience and a strong track record in supporting organisations, teams and leaders through transformation.

    Dr. Martin Winkler holds a doctorate in psychology and is an expert in agile and emergent organizational development.     His goal: Empowering people to act confidently and future-oriented in challenging contexts – true to the motto: "Suffering is not fate.".

    As a LinkedIn Top Voice, she regularly writes about the topic on the platform and hosts the podcast TEILZEIT.TALENTE, where she speaks with part-time leaders, experts, and companies about careers in part-time. Under the brand of the same name, she supports organizations turn part-time leadership into a successful model.
