When two supervisors, especially women, share a leadership position, prejudice is often inevitable. "Job sharing is a mom model," Janina Schönitz frequently heard. The manager strongly disagrees. Even people without children are increasingly interested in having time for other tasks and interests while holding leadership roles. Schönitz has proven how well a career can thrive in a tandem at Deutsche Bahn.
