Co-Leadership: Job sharing as the answer to a changing world of work

How can we shape the world of work to allow for more flexible working hours, make the most of our strengths, and embrace diversity of perspectives? How can Co-leadership contribute to this?

The book Co-leadership is written for those looking to explore Co-leadership — whether out of personal interest or in search of new, more flexible ways of working. Co-leadership also offers companies valuable insights into job sharing, helping them offer attractive and inclusive work models in the competition for skilled professionals.

Janina Schönitz of Knallkrebs & Grundel and Stefanie Junghans of Junghans Consulting have combined their expertise in this joint publication.
